Clinical optometry / Perth
For eyes a standard eye test doesn't solve.
Keratoconus, progressing myopia, dry eye and binocular vision problems. We measure first: corneal maps, eye growth, gland imaging, eye coordination. Then we treat what we find and re‑measure to check it worked.
What we treat
Index / 06
01
Keratoconus
The cornea thins and bulges. Rigid and scleral lenses give it a regular optical surface again.
→ 02Scleral lenses
A large lens arches over the cornea and rests on the white of the eye, over a layer of saline.
→ 03Orthokeratology
A lens worn overnight reshapes the corneal surface. You see clearly the next day without lenses.
→ 04Myopia control
Lenses and drops that slow how fast a child's eye grows longer.
→ 05Dry eye
Find the cause first: oil glands, tear volume or the lids. Then treat that cause.
→ 06Binocular vision
How the two eyes focus and aim together, and why reading can be tiring when they don't.
